ORDERING

How to Place an Order
Click on an item, choose a color, choose a size and 'Add to Bag'. Continue shopping for additional gear or click 'My Bag' to proceed to check out.

How do I add items to my Shopping Bag?
After you 'Add to bag', the items will be placed in your shopping bag until you check out. You can review your bag anytime by clicking on the 'My Bag' icon at the top of the page. To remove anything from your shopping bag, set its quantity to '0' and then click 'Update'.

How do I checkout?
Checking out is easy: Go to 'My Bag' to review your order. Then click 'Checkout' to complete your order. Returning customers may enter their email and password to recall address information, or new customers may fill out their information by clicking 'New Customer'. When entering your info make sure you use your credit card billing address for the Bill-To address, and then select your shipping method. Then proceed to enter your credit card info. You will need to enter your credit card information each time you place an order. Revolution Threads does not save credit card information.

How can I be sure my order went through?
When we receive your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation usually within minutes. If you do not receive an e-mail please email us at orders@therevolutionlives.com before placing another order. Be sure to include your full name, address, date and time of order, and full order details in your email.

How do I pay for my order?
We accept credit and debit cards from Visa and MasterCard. Or you may chose Check/Money Order on checkout and mail appropriate payment to the address provided. Personal checks may be subject to a hold period before your item is shipped.

Do you have Backorders?
Since all of our shirts are printed by hand, there are occisionally some items that are not currently produced or in stock. We will work quickly to make you you items as soon as possible, and notify you of any longer than usual delay. We will ship your order once all of your items are ready unless you contact us otherwise.

How is sales tax calculated?
Sales Tax is applied on the full order for orders shipping to the state of Maryland. International orders are excused from US sale's tax but recipients are responsible for all duties and taxes assessed by their country's customs.

AFTER ORDERING

How do I know that my order has been shipped?
When your order has been shipped, we will send you another email letting you know that your order has been shipped. Regular US orders take approximatly 4-5 days from order to delivery.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

How do I pay for an international order?
For most international orders, you will need to pay by check or money order in order for your order to be processed correctly. If you live outside the US, please select Check/Money Order upon checkout and w ewill contact you with shipping times and addtional shipping fees if applicable.

Do you charge extra for international orders?
International order may be subject to addtional shipping and handling charges not listed on during checkout. if this is the case, we will get your comfirmation before completing your order. Shipments outside of the US may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Rates vary by country and by what was ordered so we are not able to supply an estimated cost. Contact your customs office for more information.

How long does it take to deliver overseas?
This depends on the country the item is being shipped to. For any orders with backordered items, note that the order will be shipped only when all the items for that order are in stock. We will try to let you know what the estimated delivery time will be after you have submitted an order

What if my package is not delivered?
Orders that are returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided will not be returned to the customer and will only be resent at the customer's expense. Additionally, orders that are abandoned by the customer, for whatever reason, will not be returned to the customer and will only be resent at the customer's expense.

Will you convert my total into my currency?
No, sorry. Your total is listed in US dollars, and we currently only accept US dollars for payment. Please consult your bank and purchase a money order in US Dollars before mailing payment.

Can you convert sizes?
Sorry, at this time, we cannot convert sizes. Try refering to the exact dimensions of the shirts on our sizing chart for help.

SHIPPING

How long does shipping take?
Regular domestic orders take 2-3 business days for delivery once the item has shipped. International orders may vary depending on the country. For check/money order orders, allow up to 2 weeks due to check processing.

Shipping & Handling
For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

Allow 2-3 business days for delivery.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

Our Policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return it to us for an exchange or refund. We exchange or refund any unworn, unwashed merchandise with a copy of your original purchase receipt or invoice. Refunds and exhanges can only be issued no later than 30 days from the original invoice date.

Return: Didn't work out? Send it back to us, and we'll credit you back to the original payment type. By sending returns to the Standard Returns Address, credit card purchases will receive credit back to the credit card used, while check purchases will receive an issued check from us.

Exchange: Want something else? Send it back to us for an exchange. We won't charge you any shipping on your exchange.

Speed Exchange: Need it faster? email us at orders@therevolutionlives.com and tell us that you want to do a Speed Exchange. Then order and pay for the item you would like. While you wait for your new order, send us back the original merchandise and we'll credit your account plus your shipping on your exchange item once we get it .

How to Send it Back:
1. To ensure return accuracy, remember to enclose your invoice with your return.
2 . Use the carrier of your choice to: Revolution Treads, 201 Prescott Ct., Havre De Grace, MD 20178.. Be sure to send it pre-paid. To avoid an additional charge.
